Point of Contact

One Contract Manager owns your job from first drawing to final fix. No departments, no handoffs.

Started in 2008.
Still building.

Deanhouse was set up in 2008 as a bespoke joinery and fit-out business. It grew quietly, project by project, entirely through word of mouth. No shortcuts. Just good work and the clients who remembered it.

The business has always been built around the same idea. Take ownership of the job, deal with problems head on, and don’t walk away until it’s right. The team has grown, the projects have got bigger, but that hasn’t changed.

Straight talking, no surprises, personal ownership of every project. That’s not a set of values written on a wall. It’s how everyone here works, every day.

We own it. We sort it.
We've earned it.

We own it

Design, manufacture and installation under one roof. One contract, one team, one point of contact. When you sign with Deanhouse, the whole job is ours and we treat it that way. No handoffs, no gaps in accountability, no blame between trades.

We sort it

We never say no. We find a way, even when it costs us. Our people take personal ownership of every project, every problem, every detail. The schedule that can’t slip, the client who can’t be let down. That’s exactly who we show up for.

We've earned it

Our reputation isn’t claimed. It’s built by the contractors, designers and venue operators who keep coming back. Our capability is proven in the venues and spaces our clients are proud to put their name to.
