Project Management
We manage every element of your hotel project from brief to handover. H&S and CDM compliance, programme management and a dedicated Contract Manager as your single point of contact. Opening dates don’t move. We plan accordingly.
Planning & Logistics
Clear lead times and costings from the outset. Materials procured in advance, manufacturing scheduled to programme. What arrives on site is ready to install, not waiting for approvals.
On-Site Installation
Our own installation teams work to programme across all areas of the hotel. Coordinated handover room by room or area by area. Final inspection before we leave. We don’t walk away until it’s right.
