We work with the full range of materials including MDF, veneers, laminates, solid surfaces, recycled finishes, steel, to name a few. Whatever you need, our in-house team will make it happen.
Our workshop capabilities include:
- 5 axis CNC with a 3.6 x 1.6m bed, for speed, precision, and less wastage.
- Automated edge banding line for a greater choice of durable edging, and a perfect finish, every time.
- Full traditional machine shop. So, we can offer you the full range of materials, from traditional hardwoods right through to large sheet MDF.
- Spray shop for AC and PU for flawless finishes.
- Approved solid surface manufacturers for:
- Corian
- HIMACS
- Staron
- Meganite
- Krion

Our contracts managers can handle the entire process for you. From start to finish. Or, we can work alongside your project managers.

Specification & procurement
Next, we take the architect drawings and create manufacturing drawings using specialist 2D and 3D CAD software.
Our trusted network of suppliers gives us lead times well in advance. So, you know how things will fit into your timeline.

Our in-house team of specialists can work with any material specifications. And our detailed manufacturing drawings make sure your vision will be exactly how you imagined.
